It is a universal distress signal used to indicate an emergency and call for immediate help. If you find yourself in an urgent situation, you can activate the SOS feature within the app, which sends an immediate alert to emergency contact(s) that you have added to the app. You can add two already existing contacts to your SOS. This feature can also notify our support team for additional assistance. We advise users to use this feature as a backup after contacting the police or emergency services.
